Shipping Terms & Conditions

Address Accuracy & Responsibility The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, all reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection & Damage Claims The customer must inspect the package immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage to the packaging or missing products must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim with the carrier, the customer must provide photographic evidence of the damage or the condition of the package as received.

Magnetic Product Regulations & Shipping Due to the magnetic nature of our products, MagPack strictly complies with international air transport regulations for magnetized materials. We reserve the right to select the carrier that best meets these safety standards and regulations to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your order.
